Busy busy busy

After working a full twelve hour shift last night,my only thought was to get home,take a quick shower and just relax. Once I got comfortable on the couch,Terry informed me of several business meetings we had in just a few hours. I decided to take a quick nap,so I would be more alert for our appointments...but instead it made me feel more sleepy. I kept yawning through the meeting and forcing my eyes to focus. Thankfully the meetings went well and our clients were pleased with our work.
The moment I got back home,I threw myself on the couch and fell asleep for most of the day. I love sleep.

Jackpot

Everyday on the way to work,I stop at a local convenience store to buy a lottery ticket in hopes of winning the "Big"one. I rarely choose my own numbers...I like the easy picks. To increase my chances of winning,I carry around a small rock that I found as lucky charm...and every time that I reach in my pocket,the lucky charm reminds me of my goal of winning the lottery. I then begin to imagine all the things I will buy as if I all ready won. Some call this the "Law of attraction".

Stormy Night

Last night, after I got home early from work...my roommates dog "Frank" needed to got out. I could hear the thunder in the distance, so I knew that it was just a matter of time before it started to rain. I walked Frank down the three flights of stairs and headed towards the dog park. Shortly after,lightning lit up the nights sky and Frank immediately turned around and headed back towards the apartment complex. Even though his reaction was rather humorous to me...I trusted Franks intuition and followed closely behind him, to safety.

Overtime

It's a warm and sunny day and I have to work a half a day. But at least I don't have to work the whole day like my roommate....lol. I just have to go in....work 6 hours...then go home. Thank God.

Lawn mower man

Since today is my day off,I decided to mow the lawn. My last lawn mower bit the dust after years of abuse, but luckily a friend of mine offered to let me borrow his lawn mower. I don't mind mowing the yard as long as the weather conditions are optimal and I can take my time doing it.

Creativity Block

Tonight I have plenty of work to do and I have hit a creative wall! It seems that whatever I design comes out wrong. I know the more I try to force myself to be more creative, the worse it gets...so I decided to take a few minutes to write out my frustrations in my blog.

Sometimes good intentions,can still make for a bad logo. Don't be so proud of your business that you over look your message.
