Daily Troubles
During an afternoon nap,I had a dream of being in a classroom and the teacher instructed me to take a piece of paper and draw an outline of a person on one side and a list of all my worries on the opposite side. Once I completed the task,she gave me a pair of scissors and instructed me to cut through my list of worries....one by one...like cutting away the umbilical cord to my troubles. Afterwords,I remember feeling much better.
