Unexpected Changes

For my blog today,I'm going to speak about the unexpected. Sometimes it can be good or bad....but it will always happen. What matters is how we interpret the results. It's easy to pat someone on the back and say..."Oh will be alright." Or that..."Everything happens for a reason." The truth of the matter is....life has no set rules....some days are bad and some days are unbelievably great!
It's up to us, which one we want to focus on....whether we want to focus on the negative or the positive. I choose the positive.

First impressions

After I cashed my paycheck,I decided to invest in a new outfit. I needed something to wear to an interview, since most of my clothes are either stained from work or don't fit me anymore. Thankfully it didn't take long to find what I wanted,so I was able to get out of the store quickly and get home to my comfortable bed and remote control. I didn't even take the time to try the clothes on to see if they fit properly. Oh well..I still have the receipt.

Happy Pride

We had a Blast all day. Went to Pride, then drove to the Blue Chip Casino to watch a Las Vegas Diva show and then topped the night off by going to Partners bar and danced our asses off till they closed.

Not without my daughter
