Try new things

The other day I was introduced to a food that I have never tried before,Garlic Hummus. I was a bit reluctant at first,but my curiosity got the best of me...so I tried it. Wow...I loved it! Who would of thought that a vegetarian food,that looked so unappealing could be so delicious. Maybe I can become a Vegan some day? Nah, I love hamburgers too much.
But the one lesson I did learn from this experience,is to not be afraid to try new things.

Friend or Foe

My dog Montana who has been with me for several years, now has a new brother cat named Curtis. Montana has been around cats in the past and can accept them pretty well, but when he approached Curtis....Curtis hist and swiped Montana behind the ear..Ouch! Now, they are starting to get used to each other and can actually get close enough to sniff each other without incident. They just needed to make their boundaries known and are slowly becoming friends:) Thank God.

The smell of summer

The time has come to break out the grill and tongs, and thrown down a few good T-bone steaks. The crackling of the fire combined with the delicious plume of smoke teasing the taste buds of everyone in the area,just makes for a good day.

Trust me

Last night I had a weird dream, that I was wrongly placed in an insane asylum and no one would believe me. The more frustrated I became, the more insane I appeared. Finally, I realized that the only way I was going to get out of this situation was to escape. I needed the help of the other patience to cause a distraction,while I made my get away. My plan had worked and I was now outside of the hospital and freezing from the wet autumn air. I could still hear the guards shouting at the patience to get back in their rooms,so I knew it was just a matter of time before they realized that I was missing. I needed to make my move and do it fast...but where do I go? Who will believe me?
Then I woke up.

Craving

I have been having a craving for ice cream all day long. I know I will regret it later,but we only live once.....so the hell with it:)~
